The LoanCheck Service

To access and use the online LoanChecker, you must accept our Terms of Use. There is no cost to use the LoanChecker.

The LoanChecker only indicates the possibility you are being overcharged for your loan or mortgage. By using account information provided by your lender we establish if there is an overcharge on your mortgage or loan account. A full audit will be required to confirm and quantify the overcharge.

Depending on the amount you can potentially claim, LoanCheck will action your claim on a 'No Win, No Fee' basis either using the 'Fast Track' legal process, or progressed on a contingency basis, by a panel solicitor.
To complete an audit, you will need to authorise LoanCheck to request the details of your loan or mortgage account from your lender. They charge £10 for this (some lenders do not charge for this information and will return your cheque.) You will also need to sign an agreement stating you want us to action your claim.

1 Target Audience

1.1 Although anyone may be able to access the website, the content of the website and the services featured are only directed at and are only available to and for use by residents of the United Kingdom. They are not available to anyone who is not a resident of the United Kingdom.
